In vivo CAR (in vivo chimeric antigen receptor) technology eliminates all ex vivo procedures including cell collection, isolation, activation, transduction, expansion and reinfusion. Instead, targeted viral delivery vectors carrying CAR-encoding DNA or mRNA fragments are administered to patients via intravenous injection. The vectors home specifically to T cells inside the body, enabling spontaneous CAR assembly and expression to generate functional CAR-T cells in situ, which exert targeted anti-tumor cytotoxicity.
Leveraging this proprietary platform, the company prioritizes two core targets: BCMA and GPRC5D. We advance the development of dual-target BCMA/GPRC5D pipelines focused on multiple myeloma, aiming to develop a new generation of convenient, low-cost off-the-shelf cell therapeutics.
