Founded in 2025, Orchid Therapeutics Ltd is dedicated to the field of Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT), focusing on the research and development of innovative drugs with transformative therapeutic efficacy.

The company’s product pipeline covers a wide range of ex vivo and in vivo CAR cell therapy candidates against multiple targets. Our indications span hematological malignancies, solid tumors and autoimmune diseases. We have independently built a full-chain core technology platform encompassing antibody screening, CAR-T design and validation, plasmid vector process development, gene editing, non-viral delivery systems, targeted lentiviral delivery systems, as well as cell process optimization.

Backed by full GMP-compliant cell manufacturing facilities and standardized QC systems, we have built tiered ex vivo and in vivo CAR pipelines targeting B7H3, GPC3, BCMA and GPRC5D. Our core R&D team is led by a group of full-time PhD researchers with profound experience in the CGT industry. The team boasts years of professional expertise in gene vector construction, CAR molecular engineering modification, cell process development, pharmacology and toxicology, as well as process and clinical development.

In close collaboration with numerous top tertiary hospitals across China, we have established an integrated development framework covering R&D, manufacturing process and clinical research.
